崗位職責

  • Responsible for full spectrum of company secretarial services to Hong Kong and offshore companies
  • Liaise with clients, and other professional advisors and various government authorities /regulations
  • To ensure compliance with all relevant statutory and regulatory matters such as Companies Ordinance, Business Registration Ordinance and other relevant regulations
  • Assist the manager and supervisor in handling all company secretarial duties
  • Maintain and update the statutory records as required under the Companies Ordinance
  • Handle ad-hoc assignments as assigned

任職資格

  • Degree or above in Corporate Governance, Business Administration or related disciplines
  • Student member of HKICS is an advantage
  • At least 2 years’ working company secretarial experience in professional firms
  • Mature, meticulous, efficiency, proactive, self-motivated and well organized
  • Hands-on experience in group portfolio
  • Good command of written and spoken English and Chinese, including Mandarin
  • Candidate with less experience will be considered as Corporate Secretarial Associate
